The following schedule information is provided for your reference:

  • 08:00 – 09:00 Registration
  • 09:00 – 12:00 Keynote Speeches
  • 12:00 – 14:00 Lunch
  • 14:00 – 15:00 Keynote Speeches
  • 15:00 – 17:00 Oral Presentations
  • 17:30 – 19:00 Dinner

The preliminary program is presented on this page. A more detailed program will be sent to you by email after the registration deadline. Actual times may slightly vary depending on the number of participants.

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  1. Duration: No longer than 15 minutes, including presentation and discussion time. Please make sure your timing is calculated. Keep in mind that the program is tight, and the next speaker would also like to have their allocated time.
  2. You may use a USB flash drive. Please ensure your device has been scanned for viruses. Each presenter must meet the session chair in the designated room 10 minutes before the session begins and copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) to the computer.
  3. It is recommended to send a copy of your presentation to your personal email account as a backup. In case the files are not available on your flash drive for any reason, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email.
  4. Please note that each conference room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, pointer device, microphone, and a laptop with pre-installed presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Ensure that your files are compatible with our operating system and can be read using standard formats and fonts. If you plan to use your own computer, please check the connection and functionality before your presentation.
  5. Videos: If your PowerPoint files contain videos, please make sure they are properly formatted and linked to the main files.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  1. The maximum poster size is 59.4 cm (width) × 84.1 cm (height) (A1 format).
  2. Posters should be concise and visually appealing. The text and figures should be large enough to be legible from a distance of 1 meter.
  3. Please note that during the poster session, the author is expected to stand by their poster to explain and discuss it with delegates.
