💡 Additional: For papers exceeding 10 pages (maximum 15 pages), a fee of 50 USD is charged for each additional page.

AUTHOR REGISTRATION

  • For each accepted paper, at least one active author must register within the deadline.
  • Participants without a paper may also register as delegates.
  • Students must present a valid student ID with a photo.

To complete registration, please send the following to info@endomarkaz.uz:

  • Final paper (Word and PDF)
  • Signed copyright form
  • Payment confirmation
  • Registration form

PAYMENT

  • Online payment (VISA): link will be provided upon participation confirmation.
  • Bank transfer: details are provided in the registration form or upon request from the conference secretary.

📌 After registration confirmation, an official receipt will be issued (either on-site or electronically).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Until November 1, 2025 — 70% refund
  • After November 1, 2025 — no refund
  • Force majeure is not compensated

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Participants arrange their own hotel bookings.
